The rumor weed is a green weed with blonde hair, bright red lips (actually, I think green lips covered in red lipstick), pink glasses, and a pearl necklace.
But when the Mother Weed (who is the boss while the rumor weeds are the enemies) emerges from the sewer, her lips are green, without lipstick.
And a black hole in the back of her head
But in the following shot when she goes up the town hall, her lips are back to red.
